ANGOLA — Randy Lee Mann, 60, of Angola, Indiana, passed away at his home, Sunday, November 9, 2014. Randy was born on November 13, 1953 in Angola, Indiana, the son of Richard L. and Crystal M. (Parrish) Mann. Randy married Delora J. (Lepley) McGrew on January 7, 1988, in Angola, Indiana. He graduated from Angola High School in 1972. Randy served in active duty for the United States Navy from 1976 until 1982, and served in the U.S. Navy Reserves from 1982 until 1994. He was currently employed at Vestil Manufacturing in Angola, Indiana, and previously had worked at Aro/Ingersoll-Rand in Angola for 26 years. He also had formerly worked for Eaton Corporation in Auburn, Indiana, for four years. He was a member of the Angola American Legion Post 31. He enjoyed working in his garage and riding with his motor cycle club the Edge Runners Survivors include his wife, Delora Mann of Angola, Indiana; a son, Ronald Mann of Missouri, two stepsons, John McGrew of Hamilton, Indiana, and Tyler (Jovita) Baughman of Auburn, Indiana; a stepdaughter, Tulip (Clif) Bennett of Pleasant Lake, Indiana; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Denise (Foss) Hicks of Pleasant Lake, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard L. Mann and Crystal M. Mann, and a brother, Roger L. Mann. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2014, at Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola, Indiana, with Kermit Mann officiating. Military honors will be performed by members of the Angola American Legion Post 31 color guard.
