Rafael was born on April 16, 1955 in Puerto-Rico, the son of the now late Hector Garcia-Cabera & Jacinta Muriel-Esturio.Rafael is survived by his 4 children Nydia, Rafael, Hector & Sonia, 13 Grandchildren Chase, Julimar, Aisha, Naomy, Abdiel, Aneuris, Stephanie, Javier, Byron, Devin, Yeliannis, Hector Jr, & Matthew, 1 brother Hector, his best friends Jaime & Giselle, other relatives & friends.Gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at The Seventh Day Adventist Church 1414 Shawano Avenue. A Celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 P.M.
