Watt, Pleas Sr. Pleas Watt Sr. left this world to be with the Lord on October 16, 2017. He was born on July 1, 1935 in Petersburg, TN to Burt Watt and Ruby Lake Watt (Murdock). Pleas served his country in the US Air Force for 6 years. He worked for Texaco Inc. for 26 years. After retiring from Texaco, Pleas worked part time for TransWest. He is survived by his wife, Pat of almost 54 years; 4 children, Pleas Jr. (Ann), Troy, Carla Stovall and Farley (Terry) Newton; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren (all in TN); and 3 siblings Crawford, Randall, and Ruby Nell Moore. Services will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 beginning at 10:30 am at Scottsdale United Methodist Church, 4140 N. Miller Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85251. A luncheon will follow the church service and a committal service will take place at National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024 at 1:30 pm.
