Pierce Carden Tudor, age 88, died March 4, 2017 in Tallahassee, Florida. Pierce was born on July 20, 1928 in Augusta, Georgia and was of the Christian faith. A Service of Remembrance will be held with no visitation at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home 1737 Riggins Road, Tallahassee, FL on Saturday 3/11 at 10:00 AM.Pierce was a IC/EM2 veteran of the Navy in WWII; a Life member of Disabled American Veterans.; The Tin Can Sailors and the USS Kenneth D. Bailey DD713 Association; American Legion; Loyal Order of Moose; Odd Fellows; Master Mason and 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason. In lieu of flowers, Mr. Tudor has asked that donations be made in his name to: MAHI Shrine Center, Shrine Hospital for Children. P.O. 668977, Miami, Fl, 33166-8977. He is survived by his two sons, Ron Tudor, (wife, Rosemary), of Monticello, Florida; Gene Tudor, MD, (wife, Marcia) of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland; and grandchildren Colin Tudor, Ian Tudor, and Athena Tudor-Haneef. Pierce was preceded in death by his mother and father, Earline and Champ Tudor; brother, John D. Tudor; sisters, Alice Pendleton and Christine Howe; first wife, Betty Barden Tudor; second wife, Elsie Tucker Tudor; and his youngest son, Donald Joseph Tudor.
