OGLE, Philip William Philip Ogle was born on October 31, 1967 in Toronto, he moved to Victoria at the age of 7. He passed away unexpectedly December 10, 2016. Predeceased by his father Robert H. Ogle. Phil was an only child to Sylvia M. Delainey (nee Ogle.) Stepson to Dennis Delainey, and stepbrother to Sheri, Steven, and Mike. He was a mason by trade. He loved to build bikes, computers, and work with his hands. Phil never had children, but loved them; he was never married, but was loved. His road was bumpy, but he traveled it with joy. He will be missed. Please join us January 4, 2017 at 1:00pm at Sand's Funeral Chapel, 1803 Quadra Street, for a memorial service and reception.
