Flaharty.Penny was born on December 3, 1953 in Lancaster, daughter of the late William R. and Betty (Dietz) Billmeyer.She retired as a production specialist from Conductive Technology. She was a 1971 graduate of Central York High School.The viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 902 Mt. Rose Ave. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Hummel officiating. Burial will be in St. John Blymire Cemetery.In addition to her husband, she is also survived by a daughter, Nadja M. Craley, wife of Michael of Kingsport, two granddaughters, Alexandra Poole and Caitlyn Craley; a great-grandson, Lane Poole. She was preceded in death by a son, Jason R.
