Peggy V. ZookPeggy Zook, 75, of Monticello and formerly of Carroll County, Indiana, passed away at her home at 1:05 a.m. on August 15, 2017.She was born on August 10, 1942 in Tennessee to the late Arthur and Bessie (Ragan) Rader. She was a 1961 graduate of Camden High School.She married Harold L. Zook on Sept. 2, 1961 in Camden and he preceded her on Nov. 10, 2003.Mrs. Zook retired as a custodian for Delphi Community High School. She had also owned and operated the Get It and Go Deli in Camden.Peggy enjoyed cooking and baking.She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church in Flora.She is survived by her children: Julie Schrader (Troy) of Monticello and Kimberly Knight (Tom) of Mooresville; grandchildren Jimmy & Julie Reed of Monticello; sisters: Ruth Lones of Arizona, Lois Brown (Don) of Monticello, Patsy Dyer (John) of Bringhurst, Willie Mae Bechdolt of Camden, Cora Lee of Deer Creek and Fonda Spangler (Dave Wood) of Delphi.She was also preceded by her brothers I.J. and Lloyd Rader.Visitation will be at Davidson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from noon until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service.
