Paul William Kruppstadt RACINE – Paul William Kruppstadt passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Racine, born on November 2, 1939, the son of the late Louis and Grace (nee: Lamberton) Kruppstadt. Paul was a graduate of Wm. Horlick High School. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1961, honorably discharged with a rank of SP4. Paul was united in marriage to Mary Gail Kosterman on October 3, 1964. He was employed with the S C Johnson Company for 31 years in the Graphic Arts Department, retiring in 1992. Paul was a member of the SCJ 20 Year Club and SCJ Printers Golf League. He also was a member of the Bulls & Bears Investment Club and enjoyed the ROMEO Lunch Bunch and annual Canadian fishing trips. Surviving is his wife of almost 50 years, Gail; his brothers, Robert L. Kruppstadt of Richfield, MN and John A. (Lorie) Kruppstadt of Burlington, WI; sisters-in-law, Sandra Kruppstadt of Racine and Lynn Kosterman of Cottonwood, AZ. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas E. Kruppstadt; sister, Virginia (Don) Poisl; brother-in-law, Scott M. Long; and his mother and father-in-law, Sted and Mary Kosterman. Funeral services will be held at Sturino funeral Home on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at twelve noon. Paul will be laid to rest in a private ceremony. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Thursday before services from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon.
