Paul D Haper of Cleveland, Ohio, born March 25th,1940, went to be with the Lord on April 29th, 2019. He was 79 years old. Preceded in death by his wife Lotus. Survived by 3 sons, Steve (Mary) Harper, Rick (Lorie) Harper, and Paul (Hope) Harper. Further survived by Grandsons Joey Harper, and Adam Ellars. Granddaughter Kellie Ellars, and 7 great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held for family and friends on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 beginning at 6pm at E.D Boyd Funeral Home.
