Patrick James Staab, 62, of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, passed away in the comfort of his own home on February 2, 2020.
Pat was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 8, 1957 to Robert Staab and Marlene LeClaire Bornemann. In his younger years, Pat and his family moved to Two Rivers, Wisconsin, where he graduated from Washington High School. Pat was a hard-working man, and as a skilled carpenter, he worked at Maritime Play Systems in Two Rivers, where he eventually became a manager. On August 28, 1998, he married Raelene A. Dionne. He is remembered as a loving husband and he will always be cherished in the lives of the 5 children he had throughout his life.
Pat was an avid NASCAR (Dale Earnhardt) fan. He was known for his witty sense of humor and his willingness to always offer a helping hand. Pat very much enjoyed entertaining guests with his music and fun-loving personality, but he was happiest when he was spending time at the family cabin in Michigan.
Pat is survived by wife of 21 years, Raelene; daughter, Hope; and 4 sons: James, Robert, Tyler (Staab), and Gavin Schlaeger. Also mother, Marlene LeClaire Bornemann; father, Robert Staab; brother, Paul Staab; sister, Peggy Maigatter; step-sister, Colleen Bornemann; and step-daughter, Rhonda Peterson. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Kingston, Thomas, and Easton.
He is preceded in death by step-mother, Sally Staab; step-father, Roland Bornemann; and one brother, Peter Staab.
A life celebration for Pat was held February 6, 2020 at Harrison Parkside Gathering Center (620 North Water St. Manitowoc) and cremation took place at Harrison Parkside Crematory and Chappell.
