Patricia A. "Tish" Rogers LansingPatricia Ann Rogers passed away on December 26, 2016 in Delta Township.  She was born on March 7, 1931 to Francis V. and Anna Jane Pettit  in Omer, MI.  Tish, as she was known to everyone, graduated from Fairview (MI) High School in 1949 as the class president.  While in high school, she lettered in basketball and cheerleading.  She worked at Battle Creek Gas Co., Sears, and retired from Allstate Insurance as a claims adjuster in 1994.  Tish was a great listener and was always willing to offer advice.  She enjoyed singing, playing bridge,  and especially sewing, selling her handmade creations at craft shows.  Tish also delivered Meals on Wheels for many years.  The family would like to give their deepest thanks to the staff of Medilodge of Lansing for their care and support.Patricia is survived by her children, Tim (Annelle) Royer, Kevin (Brenda) Royer, Jill Royer, and Sandy (Tom) Matt; her sister Helen Zenker; step-daughter Robin (Max) Michell; 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Rogers, parents, sisters, Janet Detweiler and Jean Smith, brother, Francis Pettit and 2 great-grandsons.Visitation is from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing.  Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, at the First United Methodist Church, 3827 Delta River Dr. Lansing with Rev. Lori Sykes officiating.   Viewing will be from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday at church.  Interment will be in Delta Center Cemetery.   Contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels in memory of Tish.  Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com
