ELDER PAUL EDWARD TRIPLETT, 76, of Branchland, W.Va., entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Paul was born on July 21, 1940, to the late Kermit Triplett and Mildred Triplett Adkins. He was retired from ACF Industries. He was ordained into the ministry of the Bethlehem Association on September 3, 1988. He was the pastor of Liberty United Baptist Church for more than 20 years. Paul loved hunting, fishing and farming. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Betty Smith Triplett; children, Paula Triplett-Donahue, Barbara (Scott) Simpkins, Janel (Emmett) Kiritsy, Steve (Krista) Triplett, Sarah Triplett and Chris Johaim. Paul was a proud grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of eight. The family would like to give a special thank you to Paul's lifelong friend, Benny McCloud, and his church family. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016, at
Liberty United Baptist Church, Branchland, W.Va., with Elder Eddie Parsons, Elder Larry Perry and Elder Jimmy Lester officiating. Burial will follow at
Dial Cemetery, Branchland. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at
McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, W.Va. Friends may express their condolences at
