Octavia Livingston, 62, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed Friday, June 22, 2018. Octavia was born to Lewis Williams, and Samantha Livingston, May 02, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Octavia graduated from Clark Bennett High School in 1974. She married Gentry Howard in 1980, and they lived together in Cleveland. Octavia worked at Arkansas State Workforce until she retired in 2012. She also volunteered at the NAACP.

Octavia is survived by 2 children: Valerie Watson (Jessie Watson), and Alexis Cross (Derrick Cross). She also is survived by 4 grandchildren.
