Norman Joseph Paquette Sr., 56 FRANKLIN, NH -- Mr. Norman Joseph Paquette Sr. died peacefully of cancer in his family home on July 27 in Franklin, New Hampshire, at the age of 56.Norman is survived by his wife, Kathleen; children, Norman Jr. and Audrey, Franklin, NH; siblings, Joseph Paquette of Nashua, NH, Robin Paquette of Lowell, MA, Robert Paquette Jr and Christine Paquette of Dracut, MA, Albert Paquette and Donna Paquette of Dracut, MA, Leo Paquette and Carla Paquette of Lowell, MA, Mary Caldwell and Christopher Caldwell of Lowell, MA; In-laws Richard and Elizabeth Daley of New Port Richey, FL, Richard and Pearl Grant of Hinesville, GA; and his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Robert and Shirley Paquette, his loving parents.Norman was born on July 26, 1961 in Lowell, Massachusetts to Robert and Shirley Paquette. He graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1979. He married Kathleen, his best friend, in 1994. After moving to Franklin, Norman spent his days as a stay-at-home father, presiding over his children and working on home projects. Over 23 years, the couple welcomed 2 children into their home and Norman set about teaching them all he knew. His children remember him as a kind, loving father who encouraged them to pursue their goals.Norman was an accomplished artist and musician and often spent his nights singing or playing his guitar. He was a Talented individual who also loved to cook and who was passionate about nature and the flora and fauna in it. He was an active member of the VFW Post 1698 and would often stop in to socialize and help those around him.A private familial gathering is scheduled for Saturday, August 5th, with a celebration of his life scheduled at a later date to be announced, in which all are welcome to attend and celebrate Norman's life.
