Nola E. Phillips Stroup, age 59, of Millcreek Twp., passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 10, 1957, in Union City, the daughter of the late Russell and Olive Johnson Phillips. Nola was a 1975 graduate of Seneca H.S. Nola enjoyed volunteering at her childrens' schools, loved crafts; selling and attending at many craft shows and flea markets with her husband, baking (her pumpkin rolls were well known throughout the area). She was preceded in death by one sister Connie Kuvik. She is survived by her loving husband Wayne W. Stroup, two daughters; Melissa E. Stroup (Anthoni Rossi) of Millcreek, Jessica Astemborski (Stephen) of Erie, two grandchildren; Andrew and Hannah Allen, her twin sister Nadine Barnes (Howard) of Wattsburg, one brother Wave Phillips (Sandy) of Wattsburg, many nieces and nephews.
