Michelle was born on August 4, 1962, and was a native of Ferrisburgh, Vermont. She called Ferrisburgh "the west coast of New England." She spent most of her life there, and loved the place. Michelle was a graduate of Vergennes High School and Champlain College. She has lived in Harvest for the past nine years with her husband, Philip.She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Sears, and her father Lester Delisle. She is survived by her husband Philip Loudin of Harvest, Alabama; her daughter Rebecca (Edward) Waite of Hinesburg, Vermont; her son Jonah Delisle, of Huntington, Vermont; her grandchildren Shayne, Meadow, and Matthew Waite of Hinesburg, Vermont; her sister Lynette Delisle of Vergennes, Vermont; her brothers Darrel Delisle of Ferrisburgh, Vermont; Mark (Penelope) Delisle of Vergennes, Vermont; Michael (Jody) Delisle of Ferrisburgh, Vermont; and Lester Delisle of Huntington, Vermont.A memorial gathering for Michelle will be held at the American Legion Post 14 in Vergennes from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Friday, December 30.Michelle was a loved and loving wife and mother, a wonderful friend, and will be missed by all who knew her.Visit burlingtonfreepress.com/obituaries to Express condolences and sign the guest book.
