Michael was born on July 27, 1984 in Belleville and grew up in Middletown, surrounded by his loving family. Michael is survived by his mother, Joan (Webster) Fitzgerald, his father, George Fitzgerald and his wife, Carol, his fiancé, Brittani Brown, his son, Liam Michael Fitzgerald, and his brother and sister, Kevin Fitzgerald, and Kathleen Fitzgerald (Piglet) and her fiancé, Colin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew, Kendall Fitzgerald, Ava Riggi-Fitzgerald, and Kenneth Brown, his aunts and uncle, Diane Webster, Maureen and Richie Webster, and his Godparents, Joan and Ken Moore, along with extended family members and friends. Michael was a vibrant, loving, smart, and extremely funny young man who touched the lives of all he met. He was always able to bring a smile to your face and give you a good laugh with his quick wit and clever personality. Although he lost his battle to addiction, Michael was more than his addiction; so let's celebrate his legacy of love and his larger than life personality that shined bright for all he knew him.
