MOORE Michael R. Mike Moore, 75, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016. Mike was born on July 20, 1941 in Columbia, S.C. to the late Martin Ronell Moore and Ruth Carter Moore. He was very proud that he received the prestigious Eagle Scout Honor. Mike loved his Family, his golf and also attending and watching his Carolina Gamecocks. He owned and operated Brite Lite Service Company Inc. for 44 years in Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his Sister, Terri Moore Clelland and leaves behind his Wife of 40 years, Bonnie Moore; his Daughter, Lisa Moore; a Son, Mark Moore; 2 Grandchildren, Jake Moore and Katey Moore; a Daughter-in-law, Tammy Moore; and many other family and friends that loved Uncle Mike very much, including his long time golf buddies. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, (TODAY) at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Also, the family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon Saturday, December 17, at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church in Perry, Georgia under the direction of Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry, GA. Following a luncheon at Noon Saturday at the Church, Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Harry J. Collins, III, Rev. Terry Lee Clelland, Sr and Mr. Elwood T. Collier, Jr. officiating. Following the services interment will be in the Church Cemetery.
