Michael Earl Mullis LEESVILLE - Michael Earl Mullis "Earl", 58 from Leesville South Carolina passed away Wednesday December 14, 2016 at his home peacefully. A Celebration of Life will be held at his home which is located at 5250 Two Notch Rd. Leesville SC 29070 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Michael was born on November 15, 1958 in Tennessee to Earl Wilton Mullis and Addie Clara Johnson. He was a dedicated hard worker with the Department of Mental Health. He also previously spent many years at Sonoco in his father's footsteps. He enjoyed shrimping , fishing, and camping with his wife and friends. He spent most of his weekends the past year remodeling his and his wife home into their dream cabin home. He also enjoyed reading, Carolina football, gardening, spending time with family and his grandchildren. Michael is Survived by his wife ( Laura), two children( Nicole and Christopher), four grandchildren ( Ashton, Bryce, Layla, Zakiah), siblings( Billy and Nancy), nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members and friends. He will be truly missed by everyone that had the pleasure to know him. We know that he is no longer suffering, and went home to be with our father.
