Michael ClarkLANCASTER: My dear husband, Mike, peacefully passed away at home on January 25, 2013 after battling cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Helen Louise (Fuchs) of 58 years; brother Dick Clark of Tampa, FL, brother Harry Clark of Junction City; sister Barbara Gianvito of Lancaster; 8 children: Bernadette (Tim) Fyffe of Bremen, Diana (Marc) Bloomfield of Indianapolis, Steve (Karen) Clark of Belmont, Ohio, Ed Clark (Lancaster), Patty (Joe) Patterson of Lancaster, Bobby (Cindy) Clark of Carroll, Helen (Bill) McCandlish of Westerville, Joan (Chris) Smith of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Kevin, Jaime, Todd, Jeremy, Stephanie, Kellie, Katie, Andy, Jessica, Matthew, Brooke, Zachary, Jenna, Taylor, Sam, Suzanne, Wil, Nicole, Ian, Claire; and 13 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Cecelia Clark; brothers, John Clark, Fred Clark, Bill Clark, Jim Clark; sister Suzanne Clark; in-laws Helen and Ed Fuchs; brothers-in-law, Paul Fox and Robert Fuchs. Michael was born on November 17, 1928 to the late Raymond A. and Cecelia A. (McGreevy) Clark in Junction City, Ohio. He was a devout Catholic and member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He was also a member of Olive Dale Senior Center where he loved playing Euchre and he also played at Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the Junction City American Legion. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was employed at the Rush Creek Clay, and Junction City Tile Co. and then at Ralston Purina. In 1975, he moved his family to Lancaster from Junction City. Mike, also known as "Mickey," was a fun loving man who loved people and never forgot a name. Children brought extra joy to his heart!A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 28th at 10:30 AM at St. Bernadette Church with Fr. Thomas Kessler as Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Junction City. Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 27th from 3-8 PM at the SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME where a vigil service will be held at 7:30 PM.
