Mary Theresa Stonebraker         Mary Theresa Stonebraker, 66, of Lafayette passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 at home surrounded by loved ones.Mary was born on August 27, 1950 in Lafayette to the late Ralph and Leona Fruits.She graduated from Central Catholic with the class of 1968. She then went on to receive a Surgical Technician degree from Ivy Tech.On December 29, 1979 she was married to Jeffery L. Stonebraker in LafayetteMary was a Surgical Technician for St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed reading, planting flowers, watching Dog the Bounty Hunter, and various yard work but most of all she enjoyed time with her family.Surviving with her husband are her children, Glenn (Kris) Berryman of Whitestown, Jeff (Stephanie) Berryman of Lafayette, and her step son Jeff (Jennifer) Stonebraker of Indianapolis. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by siblings, Don Fruits, Janice Bachleda, and Sandy Emmons.A Public Remembrance will be held on Thurs. March 9th, from 6-8 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church in the fellowship hall. St. James is located at 800 Cincinnati Street, Lafayette.Donations can be made to St. James Lutheran or the in memory of Mary Stonebraker in lieu of flowers.
