Mrs. Mary Ruth Ellington passed way peacefully after a lengthy illness on May 12, 2020. She was born April 19, 1926 in Decatur, Georgia to Mrs. Claudia and Mr. Arthur Austin. Mary was educated at Herring Street School. After graduating, she attended Morris Brown College. She later married Claude D. Hinton, Sr. who preceded her in death. They had two children, Sherry Johnson and Claude D. Hinton, Jr.(deceased). Mary was employee at Budd Terrence for many years where she later retired. She later married Julius Ellington (deceased). Mary leaves to cherish her memory, Daughter Sherry Johnson, Brother Larry Austin, Seven Grandchildren. Elizabeth, Tameka, Mary, Trisalta Johnson. Venson, Maurice,and Emmanuel Hinton. Sixteen  great grandchildren, five great-great-great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
