CEDARVILLE Mary M. Heathcook, age 76 of Cedarville, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013 at Liberty of Jamestown Nursing Home. She was born on December 29, 1936 to the late Stanley Slusher and Pearl (Lowman) Parks in Jamestown, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years Samuel E. Heathcook Jr., a brother, Ronald Slusher and a sister, Janice Slusher. She is survived by her two sons: Thomas Heathcook and Dale (Wendy) Heathcook; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, a sister Janet Jacob as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Mary retired from YSI in Yellow Springs, Ohio. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Massie Creek Cemetery, Cedarville.
