Mary M. Aragon, 74, a resident of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe. She was born on June 2, 1938, in Albuquerque to Leon Fresquez and Soledad Beard.She was united in marriage on June 29, 1957, in California to William E. Aragon. A Catholic, she was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Las Vegas. She is survived by her children: Becky Esquibel and husband Robert of Las Vegas, Vicky Skelton of Sacramento, Calif., Willie Aragon Jr. and Lori Bolton of Menomonie, Wis., Andrew Aragon and Cynthia Duran of Las Vegas; siblings: William Fresquez and wife Mona of Diamond Bar, Calif., Jerry Fresquez and wife Diane, Sally Fresquez, Leon Fresquez all of Torrance, Calif. and Andy Fresquez and wife Roxanne of Long Wood, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.Visitation for the public will be at noon on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at Rogers Chapel in Las Vegas. Services will be held at 9 a.m. on Feb. 1, at Immaculate Conception Church in Las Vegas, with Father George V. Salazar as celebrant, with the funeral service to follow at 9:30 am.
