Kozmeyer, MaryMary R. Kozmeyer, 94, Hatley, died on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Benedictine Living Community, Wausau. She was born on December 26, 1922 in Hatley, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose (Sikorski) Wierzba. On November 15, 1941, Mary was united in marriage to Joseph Kozmeyer in Hatley. He preceded her in death on August 30, 1996. The couple lived in Milwaukee until 1968 when they moved to the Hatley area. Mary was a faithful member of St. Florian's Catholic Church, Hatley. She enjoyed baking, reading and the occasional trip to the casino. Most important to Mary was the time spent with her family.Survivors include a sister, Regina Grulkowski, Three Lakes and many nieces and nephews.Mary was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brothers, Steve, John, Sam and Pete.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at St. Florian's Catholic Church, Hatley. Fr. Alan Wierzba and Fr. Gregory Bohren will concelebrate. Interment will be in the Parish cemetery.
