ANGOLA — Mary M. Hutchins, 84, of Angola passed away Monday, February 16, 2015. Mary was born on November 3, 1930, in Pleasant Lake to Wade and Louise (Davis) Libey. She served as Steuben Township Trustee for many years and as a secretary at Hendry Park School in Angola over 30 years. She was a graduate of Pleasant Lake High School, and a member of Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church. She married Ronald L. Hutchins in June 4, 1950. He passed away August 12, 2013. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, John (Lori) Hutchins of Pleasant Lake; two daughters and a son-in-law, Carolyn and David Dilts of Pleasant Lake and Barbara Hoolihan of Angola; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lyn and Ann Hutchins of Pleasant Lake; nine grandchildren, Kelly (Court) Stoy, Brady (Jamie) Dilts, Jason (Twila) Dilts, Katie (Brad) Kline, Michael Hoolihan, Gabe (Suzanne) Hutchins, Justin Snyder, Ian Snyder and Jacob Hutchins; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, George (Linda) Libey of Redford, Virginia. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Libey, and sisters Jane Ann Holbrook, Sarah Miller and Laurinda Steinhilber. Memorial services are at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Boyanowski officiating. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be private. Memorials are to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Steuben County Humane Society, and Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church.
