Marva Fanning was born to Roland and Christina Potter in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 25, 1957. At a young age Marva married George Fanning and they relocated to Los Angeles Ca where thet had one son, Phillipe Fanning. She also became a L.V.N Nurse at Yorba Linda Hospital where she retired after 20 years. She was a loving and caring person if you knew her.

On October 4, 2019 Marva was called home by our father in heaven. She is now resting in peace with her mother Christina and father Roland Potter , and Husband George Fanning. She leaves behind one son Phillipe Fanning, Daughter-in-Law Alshaneice Monroe, 4 Grandchildren Phillipe Fanning, Azhane Fanning, Zion Fanning, and Emmanuel Fanning and 2 Great Grandchildren Jay Fanning, Aubri Fanning and a host of family & friends.
