Martin Halligan, 67Martin Halligan, 67, of Cotter, AR passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Yellville, AR. Martin was born on August 30, 1949 in Groton, CT to Charles Thomas and Virginia Larsen Halligan. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He was most proud of a trip he took to Israel and while there he and his wife dipped their feet in the River Jordan.He is survived by his wife, Jan Halligan of the home; three sons, Ted Johnson (Sue) of Wisconsin, Charles Halligan (Jennifer) of Pennsylvania and Tommy Halligan of Pennsylvania, nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Robert Halligan and one sister, Kathy Pierce. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.Arrangements are by Conner Family Funeral Home.
