He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.Services and burial will private. In addition to his wife and parents, Mark is also survived by a son, Marcus L. Wills of York; three grandchildren, Patricia D. Wills, Mia K. Wills, and Laselle L. Wills; three brothers, John R. Wills, Jr., David S. Wills, and Christopher R.
