Mark Ryan Joslin, age 28, of Alice, Texas passed away on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016. Mark was born on Jan. 6, 1988 in Pontiac to Theodore and Beverly Joslin (Trumph). He loved to fish and hunt and thoroughly loved his work. Mark graduated from Alcona High School in 2005. Following high school he served in the Army. He attained his lineman degree from Alpena Community College and subsequently went to work as a lineman in Texas. Mark was very proud to serve as a lineman. He is survived by his significant other, Brenda Vasquez; daughter, Elizabeth Navaeh Joslin of Texas; mother, Beverly Trumph of Harrisville; step-father, Ernest Fisher of AuGres; sister, Amanda (Chad) Ulman of Indiana; uncles, Tom Trumph and Steve Trumph of Harrisville and Skip (Heather) Trumph of Florida; nephew, Hunter, and niece, Brookelynn Ulman of Indiana. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Theodore; aunt, Victoria West; uncle, Jimmy Trumph; and grandparents, Elmer and Violet Trumph. A private burial will be held in St. Raphaels Cemetery in Mikado in early spring. Memorial contributions can be made to the family and condolences may be offered at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
