Mark John Scaletty57, Indianapolis, passed away September 26, 2016. Mark was born on March 3, 1959 in Parsons, Kansas to James and Patricia (Kelley) Scaletty. He graduated from Parsons High School and The University of Kansas. Mark married Kathleen Spellacy in 1983 and together they had four children. He was a member of Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus #437. He was the CEO and Founder of Scaletty Insurance since 1989. Mark was an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman, and devoted fan of the KU Jayhawks, however, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.He was dearly loved and will be missed by his children, James, Erin, Lauren, and Lindsay; grandson, Liam; siblings, Steven (Robyn) Scaletty, Ann (David) Nutter, Mary (Richard) Stephan-Stanley; mother, Pat. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Scaletty.Services were held at Holy Spirit Parish at Geist Catholic Church on September 29, 2016.
