Van de Kamp, Marilyn M.MARSHALL/SHEBOYGAN-Marilyn M. Van de Kamp, resident of Marshall, formerly of Sheboygan, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017. She was born on Nov. 3, 1927, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Joseph and Pearl (Morgan) Multerer. She graduated from Holy Angels Academy with the class of 1947. Marilyn was united in marriage with William Van de Kamp on Oct. 7, 1950. They were blessed with six children. Marilyn loved children and was a foster parent for nearly 100 babies. She also enjoyed playing the role of Mrs. Santa Clause, a job she held at the H.C. Prange Company. Marilyn is survived by her children, Mary (Jeff) Nohl of Oconomowoc, Michael (Mary) Van de Kamp of Green Bay, Kathleen (Robert) Fishbune of Lake Geneva, Beth (Dave) Wahlquist of Marshall and Meg Van de Kamp of Sheboygan; brother, Tom Multerer of Naples Fla. and Mequon; sister-in-law, Helene Lenz; 14 grandchildren, Christopher (Dr. Shannon Graewin) Nohl, Rebecca (Jason) Madole, Tim (Brooke) Van de Kamp, Patrick (Fanny) Van de Kamp, Will (Julie) Van de Kamp, John (Libby Massey) Van de Kamp, Matt (Sarah) Fishbune, Ben (Laura) Fishbune, Tyler Fishbune (fiancée Maggie Roth), Lauren Fishbune, Emily Wahlquist, Rosemary Wahlquist, Rachel Wahlquist and Deac. Amanda Van de Kamp; 10 great-grandchildren; and nieces, a nephew, many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; son, Tim; sisters-in-law, Margie Multerer and Bernice Rhode; and brothers-in-law, Bob Van de Kamp and Walter Lenz. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the MARSHALL CAMPUS OF HOLY FAMILY PARISH, 120 S. Beebe St., Marshall, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017, with Father Jorge Miramontes and Father Michael Radowicz concelebrating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will be on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 923 Weeden Creek Rd., Sheboygan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be dispersed to Marilyn's favorite charities.
