Marie van brittan brown was the inventor of the first home security system. She also invented the first closed circuit system. Marie was born in Queens, New York, October 22,1922 Marie resided there til death which fell on Febuary 22,1999. Marie died by her lonesome in her on home at the blessed age of 76 but the cause of death was never made public nor was her burial.Her father was born in Massachusetts and her beloved mother was born in Pennsylvania.The blueprint of her invention was filed in 1966 later on the blueprint later influenced the first home security system.Marie's invention was inspired by The security risk in the neighborhood she was resided in.Marie brown was a wirking nurse and her husband "albert brown" was a electronic technician.There work scheduals were longer then usual and the crime rate in Queens was very high and Marie and Albert were not feeling secure in their neighborhood. When authorities were contacted the service was slow no matter whta the emergency was. All of this had caught Marie's attention and she wanted to secure her safety. She wanted to create a system to calm her consiouseness and to keep her alerted at who was at her door so if needed she could contact the proper authorities.Her invention included a peephole,cameras,monitors and a two way microphone.this allowed Marie to see, hear, and speak to anyone who might be outside her door. This security system could be placed anywhere in the house. Besides Marie's invention she was a mother of two "Albert brown jr." and "Norma brown" which are the only close relitives still living.
