She was born on August 14, 1945 in Monte Morelos, Mexico to Blas and Lucia QuirozShe is preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 45yrs Calistro Loya She is survived by her sons; Jose Sergio Hinojosa (Marcela) and Calistro Ricardo Loya III, daughters; Ludivina Hinojosa Tijerina (Hector), Luz Yadira Hinojosa Trevino (Jose Angel), Julia Elisa Hinojosa Hernandez (Juan Carlos) and Irene Vanessa Loya Zuniga (Gabriel). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.Visitation will be held Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 1:00PM till 9:00PM with a rosary at 7:00PM at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. A funeral service to celebrate Socorro's life will be officiated at 1pm on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Raymondville, TX.
