95, of Louisville, passed away Friday, Febuary 10, 2017. Margaret "Peg" was born on October 2, 1921 in Scott County, IN to Avara and Jewell Harrod Christie. Peg was a Woman's Army Air Corps veteran in World War II, she was a radio code instructor for the glide pilots. Peg graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, where she meet her future husband Paul Reynolds. They married in 1948. Peg was a talented teacher and enjoyed her job for over 30 years. Most of her career she was employed by JCPS, and taught at Norton and Dunn Elementary schools. After her retirement she continued her active life style volunteering everywhere she could - Wesley House, Nursing Homes, and numerous charitable events. She was a born entertainer and enjoyed putting on the show for people of different ages. She dearly loved and enjoyed her family. She was a devoted Christian, and truly loved the Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Vincent Reynolds, her sister Madalyn Lapp, brother-in-law Walter Lapp, grandson Jason C. Rosko, and son-in-law Chuck Duncan. Peg is survived by her daughter Christina R. Duncan; grandchildren; Shaune G. Rhoades (Shannon), Shannon M. Crane (Sonny); son Paul Brent Reynolds (Yelena); granchildren; Paul Valera Reynolds, and Brent Sevastian Reynolds; great-grandchildren; Shalyn Crane, TY Crane, Kobe Rosko, Creed Rosko, and Ryder Rhoades. Her funeral service will be Wednesday Febuary 15, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Duncan Memorial Chapel, 5600 Old Floydsburg Road, with buria lto follow at Floydsburg Cemetery.
