Margaret C. Albold, 99 1/2 years of age passed away on January 30, 2017 at her home in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on July 13, 1917 in Crystal Lake, Illinois to William L. and Margarete (Fritag) Albold.Margaret is survived by nephews, Walter W. (Carol) of Monticello, MN, Thomas (Rene) of Blaine, MN, Kenneth (Cheryl) Albold of Hastings, MN, William Albold of Joliet, Ill, and niece, Kathleen Albold Duncan of Newport, MN. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sister-in-laws, William L. (Erna) Albold of Crystal Lake, Ill, Walter C. (Mildred) Albold of Red Wing, MN; and one nephew, David Albold of Ill.Funeral services for Margaret will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church in La Luz, NM. Burial will follow at a later date in Crystal Lake, Ill. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alamogordo Hospice Care or to Father James B Hays Catholic School.
