Oct. 1, 1964 - Nov. 9, 2016 Marco A. Verdin passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 9, in Woodland. He was born on Oct. 1, 1964 in the city of Durango, Mexico to Antonio and Olivia Verdin. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1978 and lived in Woodland ever since. He attended local schools and graduated from Woodland H.S. in 1983. He is survived by his mother, Olivia; sisters, Bertha and Liliana; niece, Bianca (Hilario Aguirre II); nephews, Juan (Ana Lomeli), Steven, and Juan Antonio; grand-nieces, Destini and Layla Luna; Andrea Aguirre and Chevyna Verdin; and grand-nephew, Hilario Aguirre III. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Juan and Arturo, and by his father, Antonio. Visitation and rosary will take place on Monday, Nov. 21, at Kraft Bros. Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral mass will be on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church.
