TylerApril 13, 1956 - Nov. 11, 2016MISHAWAKA - Marcia Ann Tyler, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 11, 2016, in her residence.Marcia was born on April 13, 1956, in South Bend, as the daughter of Dwayne and Edith Mae (Frissette).She was preceded in death by her father, Dwayne Tyler, and two brothers, Michael and Daniel Tyler.Marcia is survived by her mother, Edith Mae Tyler of Mishawaka, and one sister, Jeanne Tyler of Mishawaka, brother, Kenney (Bonnie) Tyler of Granger, Robert (Joyce) Tyler of Elberfeld, IN, and Donald Tyler of Mishawaka, along with many nieces and nephews. Marcia worked for St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Medical Records and recently received a plaque from the hospital for 40 Years of Dedicated Service. She was a 1974 graduate of Mishawaka High School and had attended St. Monica's Grade School in Mishawaka. Marcia is best-known for her kind and giving spirit, her love of animals, especially cats. A true Notre Dame women's basketball fan and all of Notre Dame sports, she was like most area fans and was elated to see the Chicago Cubs win the World Series. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Family and friends may visit on Monday, November 14th, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, and one hour prior to service on Tuesday. Funeral Service Honoring Marcia will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday in the funeral home, with Rev. Jacob Meyer, pastor of St. Monica's Catholic Church, Mishawaka, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. The family request in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made in her name to Diabetes Association of St. Joseph County, United Health Services, 6910 S.
