Mamie Bruff1920 - 2014Mamie Bruff, 93, of Kenosha passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at St. Joes Home. Mamie was born on Sept. 7, 1920, in Fulton, Miss., the daughter of the late Edger & Hattie (Skinner) Johnson. She was educated in the schools of Mississippi. Mamie married Kirby Bruff on Nov. 23, 1940, in Fulton. She was a homemaker for many years. Her hobbies included sewing, puzzles, and spending time with family & friends. Survivors include her son, Billy (Doris) Bruff of Kenosha; a brother, Gordon (Shelby) Johnson of Mississippi; two grandchildren, Christopher Bruff and Tracie Lauritsen; and three great grandchildren, Katie Hill, Max Bruff, and Gianna Lauritsen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kirby, brothers, Charles and Morton Johnson, and sisters, Melvie, Bessie, and Jewel. A visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Kenosha Funeral Services at 10 a.m. Burial Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
