MARY HOEFERMary Hoefer, age 91, a resident of Mohave County for 31 years, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 in Bullhead City, Ariz. She was born on March 11, 1925 in Alden, La.Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Maurice Hoefer.She is survived by her children, Linda (Bill) Dare of Fort Mohave, James of Bullhead City, John of Smithville, Mo. And Leo (Shirley) of St. Joseph, Mo.; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.Her cremation Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church, 3055 El Mirage Way, Laughlin, Nev. at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016. It will be followed by niche placement at Desert Lawn Memorial Gardens, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley, Az.The family would like to thank her caregivers at Silver Creek LeisureLiving, Beacon of Hope Hospice, Father Charlie along with the Ladies Guild at St. John's Catholic Church and her numerous friends,for the comfort and compassion shown to Mary and her family.
