Lannoye, Lucille R. (Loch)Lucille R. (Loch) Lannoye, 93, Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017. She was born on September 27, 1923 in Denmark, WI to Mary (Ronk) and Joseph Loch.On October 20, 1945, Lucille married Melvin Lannoye in Green Bay. She was a graduate of Green Bay West High School, Class of 1940. Lucille was a longtime member of St. John the Baptist Parish in Howard.Throughout her life she enjoyed working as a waitress in various Green Bay restaurants until she was 70. During this time, she also raised nine children. Lucy's greatest pride and joy was her family in addition to cooking and baking. Everyone looked forward to "Mom's Booyah", which started in 1957 and was held annually on the 4th of July. Originally, enough was made to feed 25-30 people, but since has grown to feed close to 80. The tradition is still going, but has been passed on to her daughter and son-in-law, Barb and Jeff Pamperin. Mom had always kept a close eye on the preparation, too, making sure it was just right. She also loved to bake bread. Each week she would bake up to 25 loaves and give them to her family. If you were lucky enough to stop by her house around 2:30, the bread would just be coming out of the oven, and she was very fussy about each batch.Lucille is survived by her children and their spouses and grandchildren: Judi and Dave Clark, Amy Domnick, Tracie (Jay Lax) Clark-Lax, Matthew (Jenn), Laura (Keith) Neumann; David and Mary Kay Lannoye, Andrea (William) Frailing; Mary Ellen Lannoye, Travis Lannoye (Jenna), Casey Erlandson (Jenny); Paul and Julie Lannoye, Alena (Jason) Metzner, Erin (Mark) La Plante, Tom (Shawna); Joanne and Jim Bornick, Jacob (Erin), Sara (Stephanie Rowland), Stephen (Gemma), Kathryn; Barb and Jeff Pamperin, Michael (Melissa), Andrew (Pauline), Charissa (Andy) Rozmarynoski, Jessica (Kellen) Faust; Peggy Lannoye; Vicki and Mark Tremel, Jennifer (Brett) Biese, Ashley; Joe and Amy Lannoye, Nathan, Claire. She is also survived by her 26 great-grandchildren: Adam White; Madison and Jack Neumann; Josh and Mason Clark; Hallory and Jordan Domnick; Gavin Clark-Lax; Lyla, Drew and Olivia Frailing; Meryl Lannoye; Derek Metzner; Peighton, Emmersen and Hudson La Plante; Jaxon Lannoye; Haley, Rachel and James Bornick; Gwendolen Bornick, Cole Rozmarynoski, Clovis and Lothaire DesPas; Ava and Max Pamperin.Lucy is also survived by her three sisters, Laverne Burich, Honey Wesoloski, and Sister Mary Barbara Loch.In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin; her granddaughter, Angel; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Della (Kimps) Lannoye; eight brothers, Sylvester, Howard, Bernard "Bucky", Norbert, Harold "Butch", Malcolm, Kenneth and Joseph Loch; as well as two sisters, Florence Persson and Ann Wouters; numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law.Visitation will be held at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 4.
