Boucher, Louis A. Jr. COLONIE Louis A. Boucher Jr., passed away peacefully at his home on January 15, 2017. He was born on December 9, 1946, in Cohoes, to the late Louis A. and Louise (Holland) Boucher Sr. Louis served for 16 years as a police officer at the Stratton V.A. Medical Center, in Albany. He was an avid bowler for many years. He was predeceased by his brother, Gerald Morgan. He is survived by his longtime partner, Rosemary Charette; stepchildren, Kim and Jay Charette; two grandsons, Aidan and Brandon; a sister, Jeanne Shannon; a niece Jean (Rob) Parker; a nephew, Donald Shannon; and several great-nephews. In keeping with Louis' wishes, all services will be private.
