Lois Dinkins, 70, passed Monday, May 14, 2018, in Schneider, Indiana. Lois was born to Edwin Arnold Westinghouse, and Emma Jane (Schoenfeldt) Westinghouse, February 02, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Robert O'Neill, and they lived together in Schneider, Indiana. Lois worked as a Homemaker.

Lois is survived by 3 brothers: John Kocsis, Ed Westinghouse, and Arthur Westinghouse along with 3 children: Donald Moisant, Kimberly Ann Dinkins, and Brandy Milet (Patrick Milet). She also is survived by 10 grandchildren.  Memorial service will be determined at a later date.
