BUTLER — Leo Fay Thorp, 74, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at Laurels of DeKalb in Butler. Mr. Thorp was born on Oct. 23, 1941 in Edon, Ohio to the late Leo C. and Alice Isabelle (Lemmon) Thorp. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a printer for Fort Wayne Newspapers and later opened his own print shop. He attended the Edgerton Church of Christ Church. Surviving are a son, Brian Thorp of Elko, Nevada; a daughter, Terri Kellum of Elko, Nevada; two brothers, Ronald (Laverne) Thorp of Edgerton, Ohio, and Eugene (Linda) Thorp of Fort Wayne, four sisters, Sharon (Jack) Wallace of Butler, Karen (Joe) Czaja of Butler, Marilyn (Bob) Ross of Butler and Carolyn (Dick) Ross of Antwerp, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
