On Thursday, June 11, 2020, Leilani Alleah McCarthy, loving sister and daughter passed away just at age 15.

Leilani was born on March 20, 2004, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Patrick and Danielle McCarthy. She was known for her open mind, her infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit.

Leilani was preceded in death by her father, Patrick, and her mother, Danielle. She is survived by her sister, Alice, and her brother, Paul, and several cousins.

Leilani was very open about her young modeling career. She was very successful at most of her photo shoots. Leilani was an innocent, positive, beautiful young woman. For the years she modeled her fanbase grew. Just at the age of 15 Leilani Aaliyah McCarthy was already in the top 10 youth LA modeling agency of 2020.

Due to the global pandemic no services will be held for Leilani McCarthy.
