Leigh Ann LiggettLeigh Ann Liggett, 56, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 1:07 p.m. at IU Health Arnett after 4 weeks following a diagnoses of Pancreatic Cancer. Leigh Ann was born on October 19, 1960 in Williamsport to the late Estol and Donna (Borton) Liggett. She graduated from McCutcheon in 1979, and then attended Ft. Wayne Bible College for 2 years. Leigh Ann worked for 15 years in Medical Records at St. Elizabeth Hospital, then for the Law Offices of Jim Roth, and for the last 10 years, she did private home care for Rita Hicks. She was a member of Dayton Presbyterian Church, enjoyed baking her famous oatmeal cookies for her family and friends, and collecting bells and bears. Surviving are 4 siblings, Rodger (wife: Judi) Liggett of Guenry, IL, Brad (wife: Deb) Liggett of New Richmond, Jeff (wife: Pat) Liggett of Newtown, and Cindy Liggett of Lafayette. Also surviving are 4 nephews, 1 niece, 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.She is preceded in death by her brother, Don Liggett.Celebration of Life to be held on May 6, 2017 from 12:00-5:00 p.m., with the memorial services at 1 p.m. at Jackson Community Center (6625 SR 28 West, West Point, IN 47992).
