Laurie Johnson, a long-time resident of the Dallas area, died Monday the 11th of June at her family residence.

Born in 1946 in Dallas, TX. Laurie received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Education from South Dakota State College in 1972. Laurie loved good food and socializing, enjoyed going to movies and plays with friends, and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room.

She is survived by her son Christopher Johnson and several grandsons and granddaughters all of whom live in Dallas, TX and brought great joy to her later years.
