Laurel N. Lynch Ali, 76, passed away March 6, 2018, in Orlando, Florida. Laurel was born January 10, 1942, in Barbados to Berthie Lynch and Yvonne Jackman.
In 1969 Laurel moved to Orlando Florida and was a resident of Orlando for ten years. She then relocated to West Palm Beach Florida where she met her future husband Thomas Ali, Laurel and Thomas got married and he was then stationed in North Carolina, Germany and Korea, they then resettled back in West Palm Beach Florida. Laurel was a military nurse and retired after many years of service and after being diagnosed with Cervical Cancer which she battled for many years but that did not stop Laurel from accomplishing her goals with her children and also enjoying her many hobbies.
Laurel was an accomplished seamstress and took pride in sewing for her kids and grandkids. Laurel enjoyed cooking and gardening and as she got older she developed a great sense for traveling around the world which she enjoyed very much with her husband, Thomas and children and then grandchildren, which they took many trips together.
Laurel is survived by her children, Curtis Ali of Rheinland Germany, Jacqueline Ali of Ocala, FL, Junior and Franklin Ali both of Trinidad and Tobago, Jerome Ali of Murfreesboro, TN, her daughter in laws Rosemarie Ali,Bernadette Ali and Julia Ali of Miami, FL; 10 grandchildren - Cameron, Julius,Kei-Ming ,Michelle,Alicia,Melanie,Nyasia, Theresa, Jude, Paul, 3 Great Grand - Peter, Goliath, and Miranda. Her surviving sisters - Linda Cunningham, Marie Donahue and her twin sisters Lauren Hightower, her brothers - Eric Lynch, Roy Lynch, and Izac Lynch. She held a very special relationship with her Nieces and Nephews- Caroline Lynch, Dana Smith, Cheryl Belenko, Diane Goldberger, Lisa Lynch, Michelle Lynch, Sam Cunningham, Jack Hightower and Shania Lynch. She held all of her extended family so very close to her heart.
