Larry Lee SnackZANESVILLE: Larry Lee Snack, 68, of Zanesville died at 7:25 PM Monday, January 11, 2016 at the Genesis Hospital.He was born on April 2, 1947 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Joseph W. and Margaret E. (Crawford) Snack.Larry was a member of First Christian Church, an Army Veteran of Vietnam War. He retired in August of 2015 from the Maysville School System. Larry was a former drummer for the band, the "Gold Nuggets" and was also a member of the local VFW.He is survived by a daughter, Devin B. Snack; and a sister, Norma J. Jardine, both of Zanesville; numerous nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death in addition to his parents by two brothers, Karl E. Snack and Steven R. Snack; and a sister, Eleanor M. Williams.Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the First Christian Church on Military & Dresden Rd. with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial with Military honors will follow at the Veterans Section of Greenwood Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to the First Christian Church or the local VFW.
