Larry G. "LG" Malone, 80, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in Yuma. He was born on June 29, 1934 to Alonzo Grady Malone and Lucille Denton in Leeville, Tennessee. Larry was a proud and honorable veteran, having served dutifully in the United State Marine Corps during the Korean and Vietnam wars and retired as a Captain. He was stationed in Virginia, California, Tennessee and, finally, in Arizona where he settled with his wife and children in Yuma in 1966. Larry was an avid lover of country western movies, news and politics, hunting, the outdoors, his beloved animals, and his family and friends. He never allowed distance to hinder his relationships with those he held close to his heart. Larry will be deeply missed by those who knew him and his memory will never be forgotten.Larry was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Angela J. Malone; his parents; and his brothers, Raymond and Billie Gene Malone.
